Using an Ergonomic Desk and Chair

In my opinion, it is so important to use an ergonomic chair and desk in one's home office or work office. In many cases, companies can get away with low quality workstations. An employee who gets an injury either has to deal with it or leave their job to take care of their injury. Stretches can help prevent injuries, but a good workstation is essential. I've seen young as well as older people get work related injuries from a poor workstation setup. You'll notice the items below can be adjusted to a very nice balance for the body.

Zero Gravity Chairs

Years ago I purchased a zero gravity recliner chair. The reason I purchased the chair was that I had torn a muscle in my calf and my leg was swelling too often by sitting in regular chairs. After I purchased a zero gravity chair, I was so pleased that it would let me keep my legs up so that my torn leg muscle could be less swollen and heal. Since that injury, I have loved using my zero gravity chair every night I can. If my feet are tired, it rests them. If my hips, legs, or back are tired, it evenly distributes my weight so that there is no pressure in the wrong place on my body. Here are three zero gravity chairs below. You can read about them and customer reviews below.
